I Reclaimed My Brain from the Scroll
I deleted that "one app" that was eating my life. I realized I was spending 4 hours a day watching strangers argue about things that don't exist. In that extra time, I’ve learned how to cook a decent Pilau and I’ve actually started sleeping 8 hours. My "screen time" report is down 80%, and my happiness is up 100%.
