Today I walked past a bar and my brain started negotiating like a lawyer. I’m noticing emotions I used to numb, and it’s uncomfortable but real. I stared at my trigger like it owed me money, then walked away. Relapse isn’t the end — it’s feedback. I’m adjusting.
