I messed up but I'm back

I’m trying to replace the habit with something healthier (even if it’s imperfect). I relapsed recently and I’m trying not to disappear in shame. My brain tried to convince me ‘just this once’ like a bad salesman. If you’ve been here before, what helped you stay consistent?
